- Accurate heat treatment ensures relieving residual tensile stresses.
- State-of-the-art PLC controlled solution annealing furnace assisted with water & oil quenching tanks for solution annealing, hardening & tempering.

Packaging is a vital part of our adherence to manufacturing standards
Our Carefully Processed materials are packed to offer Security, Protection for High Seas & Surface Transport.
- Packing in bundles of 500 – 2000 kg (1000 -2000 lbs) covered with HDPE/ LDPE with two lifting slings on each bundle.
- In wooden boxes (Complying with ISPM 15 standard) of 500 – 1000 kg (1000 – 2000 lbs) with two lifting slings on each box.
- Packed in fibre tube packing, these bars are also packed on special request as per customized requirements.
- Markings of heat number, grade, size, net weight and gross weight are done on every bundle.
